This is the rising of the super moon of 2011, which took place in March & was much coldat the coast at that time of year, I was ffreezing by the time it rose, brrr! The were taken at Nubble Light at York Beach, Maine. I think there were at least 50 to 100 other photographers there that night.

Even those many of the photos look like the same shot, if you look close, you’ll see the different positions as it rises until it actually goes behind the lighthouse.

Rusty Car Jackpot!

I shot these in the fall which made for a nice backdrop. These were taken at Brownie’s Custom Cycles in Norway, Maine. Old abandoned cars & houses are some of my favorite things to shoot. I hit the jackpot with thise place as there were some many old cars here in one place!

After loosing all my memory cards in 2010, which had my 1st emcounter shooting  these beautiful birds, I hoped for another chance. I saw them eating the holly berries in my yard & whipped out my camera. All I could get were these shots. They do keep coming back, but they scare off easily. I need to sneak up on them better.

The Pink Chair

Rick bought me this darling pink chair as a prop for my portrait photography. Who will be my 1st subject?!…

About

Pickle Lady Creations Photography is a result of serendipity. Through Chris' travels from her Gourmet Specialty Food Business called Pickles-N-Things, she saw so many beautiful things, she started capturing her travels on film. You may ask, why the name "Pickle Lady Creations Photography"? Her customers gave Chris the nickname "The Pickle Lady" & because photography came about through the business, Chris wanted something different to name her photography business. Chris has turned her passion for photography into a business that expresses the beauty of the world & other people through a smile or a candid expression
